Jim, I don’t really know where to start with this. It’s come as a bit of a shock to all of us. Although a man of few words, when you did speak all of those around would smile at the occasional sarcastic or witty comment and we always shared your immensely proud memories of you in the military police with you; memories that will last forever. You were a much loved father and grandfather, and it’s going to be very surreal not having you around. We will make sure we look after all of the family for you, especially Jean, and I know that you will be watching us and warming us with your presence in spirit. Lots of love, Alex xx
