Dearest mum
Last week was the anniversary of your passing and still the pain doesn't get any easier.

I have lit this candle so that its eternal flame will forever guide you.
Love and miss you, mum ❤

On behalf of the nursing fraternity of St. Kitts-Nevis, including the Nursing Council, Nurses Associations of retired and active nurses, and the student nursing body, I extend condolences to the family of the late Nurse Sheila Flemming.

Nurse Flemming worked for many years as a member of staff at the Cardin Home, a home for elder care. She was was caring, astute and diligent in the execution of her duties. She advocated ferociously for the residents of the home.

Nurse Flemming had an almost impeccable attendance record and could be relied on to adjust her personal life at very short notice to ensure adequate staffing coverage.

We are grateful to her for the time that she served and her contributions to the care and wellbeing of the residents.

May her soul rest in perpetual peace.

Auntie Sheila was a hard working person who sugar coated very little. She enjoyed dancing at family events. She attended church on a regular basis, worshipping at both Anglican at Catholic weekly. I will miss your frankness and the jokes we shared. Rest in eternal peace my beloved Aunt.
