I have known Brian for over 50 years and for me the word integrity, sums him up, he was a also a straight talking man.I remember one time before I started at the Brewery he invited my down to the Brewery for a look round I was intrigued with the operation Chilling tanks etc in a cellar, I was also drawn to his passion and pride that he had for the place.Several years later I got an opportunity to work their myself ,I do not think it did me any harm mentioning Brian during my interview.
In my opinion its people that make Companies we were very lucky to meet the old school Tetley men and of course Brian lead the way.
Any way mate please find a blue room up their I'll get them in when the times right!

  • Brian joins all those Tetley men that have gone before him and I can see him walking into that celestial Wet Canteen to a roar of applause and welcome. “ Pint of bitter there for you Brian” says Pop Sissons.
