In loving memory of Philip Sydney Smith who passed away peacefully on 19th September 2019, in the care of Wyngate Care Home, Mablethorpe, aged 88 years. Loving husband of Evelyn, father of Sandra and Julie, father in law of David and George. Also, proud grandfather to Sarah, Edward, Joshua and Victoria. Phil will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

We have such fond memories of Uncle Phil, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts are with the family at this sad time.
