Grace McMartin (6 Nov 1933 - 22 Sep 2019)

In loving memory of Grace McMartin who sadly passed away on 22nd September 2019.
Born in Falkirk, Scotland 85 years ago to loving parents Bridget and William Buchanan. Grace spent her childhood years in Falkirk, eventually meeting and marrying Peter McMartin. The strive for a better life and secure work took Peter and Grace to Africa with their first child Don for a short time, then back to Scotland where Grace and Peter had 2 more children, Denise and Derek both born in Falkirk before eventually settling in Kenilworth to finish raising their family. One last move with work took the pair to Felixstowe until Peter passed away in 8 years ago. Grace spent a further year in Felixstowe before returning to Kenilworth to be closer to most of her children and grandchildren, and recent 2 great grandchildren who Grace took joy in just holding and sitting with.
Grace and Peter have 3 wonderful children, Don, Denise and Derek, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, all of whom will miss her, not to mention Casper the Springer Spaniel, who walked with Grace until the end.
