In remembering, Peter, I remember coming home from school in the early 50s and waiting with my sister, Christine, at his family home in Gomme Road where his Mum, Aunt Harriet, would make us something to eat while we waited for our own Mum to get off work. The days when Peter also happened to be there were especially precious. He was a gentle young man with a ready smile who always had time for two little girls who thought he was very special. RIP lovely man xxx
