Cecilia Marjorie Burgess 'Mandy' died on September 3, 2019 in Ipswich Hospital aged 89 years. Wife of the late Ted, mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Former primary school teacher and served as a district councillor in North Cornwall and as Town Councillor and Mayor of Stowmarket. Funeral Service to take place at Seven Hills Crematorium on Monday September 30, 2019 at 2.15pm.
