In loving memory of Gavin Ferguson who sadly passed away suddenly on 1st September 2019 at the QEUH aged 53. Gavin was a long-term and loving Partner to Alison, Son to Gavin & Jessie, Dad to Aimee and Matthew, Brother to Susan and Valerie, Uncle to Victoria, Ross & Rebecca, Great-Uncle to Brooke, Robert & Kacie, Nephew to Cathy & Edith and Great nephew to Auntie Mary. He was colleague to many and a great friend to all.
He will be sadly missed.

Rest easy Gavin, didnt matter how busy you were, you would stop and help us all. Coffee in hand, with a smile on your face and asking me alright smiler, how are you? this usually resulted me from frowning and ending up with a smile on my face . . if you already caught me smiling you always thought i was upto something or had already done something, and youd end up with a smile on ur face. Your smiles were infectious. Going to miss the banter and the cheek from you. thankyou for always being you . . You were a Legend , just a top guy and we are all going to miss you💙 so until next time RIP pal, shine bright and dont party to hard x

Absolutely shocked and heartbroken with the news of Gavin's passing. Worked with Gavin at the Vicky for over 10 years and my partner Ally worked many years with Gavin at the Southern. Was such an amazing guy. Taken far too soon. Thoughts with Alison and his kids Matthew & Aimee and all his family. Rest in Peace Gavin x
