In loving memory of Carol Conway Smith Fitz who suddenly passed away at home on August 8 2019. Carol wife of William, loving mum of Liam, Chloe, Scott, Caitlin and Rhys. Much loved nana, sister auntie and friend.

Into the 3rd year mum, really miss your seeing you and hearing your voice. People say it gets easier it doesn't. You were the glue that held everyone together life certainly isn't the same without you. 37 now you would've been 54.. You were certainly taken far too son from this earth.
