Dearest Val, words cannot express the sadness I felt when I heard you were no longer with us. I will never forget your warmth and kindness when we worked together. You stood by me through thick and thin encouraging me to keep going in what was by far one of the toughest jobs I had ever taken on, but you made it all worth while, because with your help we made such a difference. Your can do attitude was a breath of fresh air.. In fact you showed me so much respect by asking me to hire a then young Lou.. I’ve seen her grow up to be a fine young lady, no doubt a testament to her upbringing thanks to you and Tony. I’m just glad you got to see her find her Prince Charming and become a grandma too.. Your smile will be sorely missed as will your giggle.. YNWA Val.. Rest in Peace you beautiful soul xxx
