Dave was a good friend of my late father, Joe Sanderson, who sadly passed away in 1998. They were both ex RAF and members of the local Royal Observer Corp. They spent many happy hours together reminiscing over the old times and going to the annual Observer camp with other members. Dave was a lovely, gentle man and a good mate to my dad. RIP Dave.
