Jeff was a lovely person, very warm, kind, generous and had a very quirky sense of humour. I remember him fondly giggling at things and his giggles in turn would make me laugh! He had been a very good friend of our Mum's and was a rock for my sister Sam, and we will all miss him very much. RIP Jeff. xx
