Peacefully on 30th July 2019 at Awel-y-Mor Nursing Home, Pat, surrounded by his family, sadly passed away after a long illness, aged 65 years. Devoted husband to Yvonne, beloved Dad to Christopher and Sarah, cherished Grandpa to Jessica, Liam, Mia, Lewis and Keira. Much loved and respected Father-in-law to Cheryl and Warren, dear Son to Susan and loving Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.

Funeral service to be held at Swansea Crematorium on Friday 16th August at 12.30pm.
