In loving memory of Theresa Carmel Hamilton who sadly passed away on 18th July 2019. Theresa, better known as Tess was a much loved member of the family as well as a great friend. Born in August of 1931 she lived a full and happy life. She was married to the late Christopher Hamilton and mother to four children, Deirdre, Brendan, Chris and Derek and also Grandmother of Six. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Goodnight and God bless xxxx
