In loving memory of Roy Denys George Morris who sadly passed away on 21st July 2019 aged 93.

Missed by so many people from the Longfield area, Roy was born in nearby New Barn and spent his whole life in the area. He was always there to help people and was often seen in the Green Man Pub and local community entertaining people with his jokes, songs and playing the spoons.

Taken from us after a short illness, he is now at peace and with his beloved wife Gwen.

The family would like to invite you to celebrate Roy's life at the church, crematorium and afterwards at the Scout Hall next to his home in Longfield Hill.

Roy has been a lifelong friend to my husband George and myself. I shall always remember Roy for his lovely outgoing nature and willingness to go out of his way to help someone out and in particular how he and Gwen's supported me when George passed away.
Rest in peace Roy, all my love Doris.

Uncle Roy was a very honourable man, a man who did not hold a grudge. A man who looked for the good in everyone. A man you could always depend on, who held firm, who always came to the rescue when needed, and who loved to leave you smiling with his music, his jokes and his song. I am so proud that he is part of my life. He is in the heart of me, forever.
