Lovely Derek - we have had so many laughs whilst we worked together on Vendors. You kept me sane! I can’t believe you are gone but feel very lucky that I have known you, having those years working together as work husband and wife at CLG - miss you xxx

In memory of an Amazing Uncle. There has never been a dull moment with you in the room, always laughter and great stories/jokes being told. I was always so fascinated by your coin magic tricks as a kid and I still dont know how you done them! You will be missed so so much and the memories I have I will cherish forever. Love you lots Uncle Derek xoxo

So many incredible memories of Uncle Derek, most of them involve laughter in some way. He could fill a room with his booming chuckles, and he could captivate a room with his anecdotes and jokes.
You were such a big part of family life, and there is no doubt you will be missed in so many ways.

In memory of Derek. Boy what a shock we all had back in October to be told about your diagnosis, you were a fighter and fought it to the end. You have been one fantastic brother-in-law to both Roger and myself, Roger 50+ years, myself 40+ years but boy have we got some fantastic memories of you, always life and soul of the party, which we will treasure forever...you will be so so missed but forever in our thoughts... Goodbye for now, until we meet again!!! Love you loads. Jane and Roger. Xxxx

So sorry to hear that Del boy has passed on, great memories from my teen years and Lambretta days. Grew up with him, Tom and was a boyfriend of sister Rachel in my early teens so spent time in his parents house in Ridgeway with him. Sadly I now live in France so am unable to attend the memorial service but please pass on my respects. Best wishes.
