Charlie was a good guide to me when I worked on his farm in the 1960's. He was a hard task-master but helped set my way of working at the beginning of my career. His family became workmates and friends and my condolence's go out to Robert; Sam; Susan & Les (all of who I knew at the time) and the rest of the extended family .
