Thank you to everyone that attended Philips funeral on Tuedsay 31st. He had a sterling turnout and would have been looking down at us all with a huge smile, to see that he had brought so many of us together. It would have touched him immensely, that so many people cared and wanted to pay their respects and send messages of condolence and goodwill to the family.
To date your donations have reached in excess of £700.00 for Marie Curie Cancer Care in memory of Philip. We would all like to say a big thank you to everyone who donated on the website and at the Funeral on Tuesday.
We are extremely grateful for the support and kind messages received at this very sad time.

When someone we love passes away,
We ache, but we go on;
Our dear departed would want us to heal,
After they are gone.

Grief is a normal way to mend
The anguish and pain in our hearts;
We need time to remember and time to mourn,
Before the recovery starts.

Let's draw together to recuperate,
As we go through this period of sorrow;
Let's help each other, with tender care
To find a brighter tomorrow.
