Tragically on 22nd June, Gemma passed away.
Much loved mother of Kirstie, Cerys and Mercia, dearly loved daughter of Fran, loving sister of Stacey, Lee, Floyd, Shaun and Correy. Gemma will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Wednesday 17th July 3pm, service at Swansea Crematorium.
