Neville Barratt (26 Jul 1932 - 23 Jun 2019)

With all my love for an inspirational man

I have known Neville for the last forty or so years through attendance at NABBS/NOBBS meetings. During that time I always found him to be happy, humorous and inspirational. He will be sadly missed by all who’s life he touched. Both Linda and I wish to extend our sincere condolences to Valerie and family.

I have known Neville through his association with NABBS for the last forty years or so. During that time he never changed, always smiling, very funny and a real joy to be with. I will certainly miss him at our annual get togethers. I send our sincere condolences to Valerie and family.

So sorry to hear about Neville, he was a much respected former University associate and friend for many years through NABBS (University Biology/Biochemistry Superintendents) and we all valued his integrity, great sense of humour and after dinner anecdotes. I remember Nev when he lived in Overpark Avenue , Braunstone, Leicester next door to relations of mine. We were the same age. I did meet him once by chance in Babbacombe.
