We were very privileged to have known Mary she was one of the most sweetest ,kind and warm ladies we have ever met and probably will ever meet in this lifetime.
The first time we ever met Mary properly was when my husband and I got married and she kindly played the organ at our wedding and helped to make our day extra special with her friendly beautiful nature and from the moment she was special .
She always had a smile and said the kindest of things we will never meet a lady like her again and she will always be in a special place in our hearts x
We will never forget you beautiful Mary and you will be truly missed
lots of love always Connie Tony and family xxxxxxxx

When I am gone release me, let me go,
I have so many things to see and do.
You musn’t tie yourself to me with tears;
be happy we had so many years.
I give you my love, you can only guess
how much you gave me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you have shown me;
but now it’s time I travel alone.
So grieve a while for me, if grieve you must,
then let your grief be comforted by trust.
It’s only for a while that we must part,
so bless the memories within your heart.
I won’t be far away for life goes on,
so if you need me, call me and I will be near.
And if you listen with your heart, you’ll hear
all my love around you soft and clear.
And when you must come this way along
I will greet you with a smile and welcome you home.

At the parish of Our Lady of Lourdes, I used occasionally to set up a plant sale after Mass in support of the appeal for sick and retired priests of the diocese, and Mary once bought one of my geraniums.

We left the parish three years ago, but Marika and I still attend Mass at OLoL when we are in Derby.

Last time we saw Mary there, she said: I still have that geranium, and when I rise and see it flourishing I always say "Good Morning William".

Now I can say "Good Morning Mary" because you have risen to eternal light in the presence of Our Lady and her son Our Lord.

Much love from William and Marika
