I only had the honour of knowing Ian for a short while, but the world has lost a lovely man. He will be missed by so many people, myself included. Ian was so devoted to Val and she to him and their strength over the last few months is immeasurable. I am so proud to have known him. God bless you Ian and rest knowing you were loved very much by all who knew you. My thoughts are with Val and the rest of the family.
