Peacefully in hospital, after a short illness, on April 25th aged 72 yrs Derek devoted husband of Christine, much loved dad, dear father in law, cherished granda and great granda, beloved brother and brother in law, also a special friend. Family and friends please meet for service at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday May 14th at 11.30am. Family flowers only donations in lieu to ICCU at Sunderland Royal Hospital a collection plate will be provided at the cermatorium. Derek will repose in the private chapels of rest at Manor House Funeral Services, Jubilee House, 30 Sunningdale Road, Springwell - Tel (0191) 522 6222. Sadly Missed.
