I remember Colin with great affection for his energy, warmth, humour and Yorkshire hospitality and when visiting him in Notts (and catching up with him and wife Glenice on the telephone) especially when reminiscing about his footballing life and playing days with Coventry City. He was a man and footballer who had seen so many changes to the country and the game over his long life.
