In loving memory of David John Barford who passed away suddenly on 20th March 2019.
David (Dave to his friends), was quite simply one of the most interesting folk of his years - turning his hand to almost anything, self taught in many different hobbies and skills - there wasn't much he couldn't do.
Hundreds of hobbies kept him from boredom, and his mind was constantly challenging him with new ideas and ways to 'make things better', or faster! Not being one to buy anything he'd sooner make it!..
He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him, bet he's already doing some form of 'calculations' up there, to work out how to get back again!

I knew Dave in the late 60s ( Freeman's Peterborough) He was a very clever man, I still have one of his "artistic" drawings he did for me. LOL! He helped me to rebuild my Isetta bubble car overnight in his garage. Lots of fond memories.
