Peacefully on Sunday 3rd March 2019 at Castlegraig Nursing Home, Pat, loving daughter of the late Len and Margaret (Peggy), much loved sister of Derek and the late Gaynor and Carl, beloved sister-in-law of Dorothy, dearly loved aunt to Alan, Paul, Kay, Lynne and the late Helen. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Monday 1st April 2019 11.00am at Swansea Crematorium.
