On Thursday 14th February 2019, passed away peacefully in hospital, aged 79 years.
The much loved mum of Jayne, Julie and Ann.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Cottingley Hall Crematorium Chapel on Thursday 14th March at 1.40pm prior to cremation.
Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Jean for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
