In loving memory of Philip Harlow who passed away peacefully at home on 21st February 2019, aged 82 years. Loving husband to Muriel. Caring and devoted dad to Virna, Derval and Andrea and cherished grandad of Katie, Melanie, Asha, Abbie and Evie. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
