In loving memory of Jade Kirsty Lewis who sadly passed away on 6th February 2019
Jade's family wish to announce her sudden sad passing at the University Hospital Of Wales. She is very well known and loved within the community of Barry. A cherished Mum to Alfie, loving daughter to Michelle, Martyn and Richard. Much loved sister of Sam & Ruby
She will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends
Jade is entrusted to the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road Barry until her service at St Mary's Church, Holton Road on Thursday 21st February at 10:30am, followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium
