On Wednesday 26th December 2018, passed away peacefully at home, aged 46 years.
The much loved husband of Joanne, dearly loved dad to Mabel, Alice and Edward, loved son of Barbara and Ed, and a dearly loved son-in-law, brother and uncle.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at St John’s Church, Harrogate Road, Leeds 17 on Friday 11th January at 1.30pm prior to private cremation.
Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Jim to The Yorkshire Cancer Centre for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
