In loving memory of Alexis May Woolerton who sadly passed away on 24th December 2018 in Overgate Hospice.
Alex was a dearly loved and cherished daughter of Fred and Anne-Marie and a much loved sister to Damian, Jamie, Kieran and Claire.
Alex was greatly loved by partner Ricky and will be missed and loved everyday by daughters Annie and Ava, she will also be greatly missed by all her family and friends that knew her.

If attending the funeral service the family of Alex have asked that black is not worn and that bright colour is worn in its place to light up the day, just as Alex did everyday of her life.

No flowers please at the service but if you could make a donation to Overgate Hospice for all the help and care they have given to Alex and her family, a collection box will be available at the service.
