It is with great sadness we announce the loss of
Susan Anne Howard
Who passed away on 4 December 2018
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday 19 December 2018 at 9.30am at Randall’s Park Crematorium, Randalls Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 0AG
We respectfully ask for donations instead of flowers to the following charities:
The Princess Alice Hospice and
St George’s Hospital Trust
Bright ties and coloured scarfs would be welcome, as Sue loved a splash of colour.
The service will be followed by a Reception at The Princess Alice Hospice Education Centre, West End Lane, Esher, Surrey, KT10 8NA
Parking will not be available at The Princess Alice. There is parking opposite in the playing field car park or on West End Lane. Please park considerately.
