I was so very sorry to hear about Rick's sad death. I know he has been poorly, as usual it was the proverbial grapevine that kept me informed. Rick has always had a special place in my history as he was first practice supervisor when I was training in 1981, so many years ago. He had a great influence on the way I went on to work and will always be remembered by me for that.
I know this will be a very difficult time for you and the family. Remember to take good care of yourself.
