In loving memory of the late Thomas Horwood who sadly passed away on 18th January 2015
Dad is now back with Mum who he has missed so much. They were married for 38 years and he was lost without her.
It has been a long road alone but they are both now at peace.
Love you both so much and will miss you so badly.
