JONATHAN (JON) SCHOFIELD Aged 27 years, on Sunday 28th October 2018. A deeply loved son, brother and boyfriend. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 9th November 2018 at St Andrew’s Church, Grange, Runcorn at 11:45am prior to a service at 1:00pm at Walton Lea Crematorium.
