In loving memory of Sarah Ellen Evans (Nellie), who sadly passed away peacefully on 8th October 2018 at Highfield, Pendine Park Care Home, of Rhostyllen, aged 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Charlie, a much loved mum, mother-in-law, nan, great nan and great great nan. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory.
