Thanks to all who attended to celebrate Johns life. £120.00 donation was made to the RNLI.

Thank you to all the family and friends who attended the funeral of dad. A lot of you had to travel quite a way and we appreciate your attendance. The flowers from Frances in Canada and Sue and Judd in Australia were lovely and all the flowers were given to St. Columbus Hospice where volunteers make them into small posies for each patients room as well as the day rooms in the hospice. The cards sent to Tom and I were appreciated and as a family we are a little closer now.
John the Minister did us proud and well done Kimberley for the eulogy to Papa.

Sad to hear of our great grandfather's passing. All our love from his great grandchildren Stewart, Cameron and Hayley and his great great grandson Finlay.

Very sad to hear the passing of John “Papa” Black. Papa was a great man, he had a long life and he was happy. I am privileged to have known him and proud to call him papa. I’m gonna miss you dearly.

The night before Papa’s funeral and I’m looking through these photos. I’m really going to miss him, I loved him so much and I feel sad. I hope he can see us and I hope he’s ok and he’s with gran.
Our family’s small and I feel the impact of his death. God bless you Papa, love you Xxxxxx
