Cecil has been a great friend to my dad and our family for as long as I can remember. It was so sad how he came to the end of his life being taken from us by the awful condition known as vascular dementia and the other illnesses associated with the condition. As last Cecil is now at rest and is at peace. Cecil will be missed by us all.
