Peacefully on July 23rd aged 84 years, Douglas (Dougie) A dearly loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, great great uncle and friend to many. Friends please meet on Friday August 10th for service in the Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 10.15am. Interment to follow in Hetton Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to the church. A collection plate will be provided at the church. Ive spent many hours talking to mr white. I learnt more about hetton and easington lane from him then i did off anyone else. He was always chirpy and so friendly. Sense of humour away s had me smiling . R I P xxx
