In loving memory of Florence Patricia Jones (Pat) who sadly passed away on 12th July 2018 suddenly at Wrexham Maelor Hospital aged 81 years and of Rhostyllen. Beloved wife of the late Cyril, dearly loved mum of Pat, the late Paul and Sandra, much loved nana and great nana, a dear sister, sister-in-law and aunt.
