Passed away peacefully after a long battle on 22nd December 2014 aged 46 years.
Beloved wife of Andrew, much loved daughter of Doreen and the late Bill, treasured sister of Doreen, Philip and Michael, loving sister in law and auntie who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
The funeral service will be held in the Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on Monday 12th January at 12.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Anne may be placed in the collection box at the service and will be forwarded to The Teenage Cancer Trust.
