In loving memory of the late Brian Daniel Murphy who sadly passed away on 14th December 2014 loving husband of Jean, much loved dad of Paul, father-in-law of Paul's wife Lisa. We will all miss him so much.

He belonged to a big, close knit family and it was his uncle who got him an apprenticeship into the printing industry where he would work until ill health forced his early retirement after a serious accident in 1997.

He loved football, as the picture will show he played amateur football in his youth and longed for a scout to see him as the next Stanley Matthews but that didn’t happen.

He loved music of many types, jazz especially big band, classical, loved live theatre and ‘Les Miserables’ was his favourite. He was a great fan of Sinatra and loved to go to see the show ’The Rat Pack’

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.

Dear Brian,
Your baby photo reminded me of when you, me and Audrey were evacuated to that awful place - no lights, no running water, no flushing loo and straw mattresses! Still at least we were safe as you are now.
Rest in peace and god bless.
Love Aunt Joyce xx
