In loving memory of Freda Baker who sadly passed away aged 79 on 27th April 2018 at Seacroft Green Care Centre, Leeds.
Freda was a loved mum to Gary, Steven, Ian, Karen and Michelle and was a much loved grandmother and great grandmother to many and was soon to be a great grandmother again. Freda will be sadly missed by all her family and friends and everyone that knew her.
