In loving memory of Claire Jones who sadly passed away on 6th April 2018 Claire was 48 full of life when she was diagnosed with pancreatic liver cancer on the 14 march which was her birthday ,claire was such a amazing woman a wonderful wife a doting mother to 3 children and who adored her two little grandchildren she was a great friend to so many her kind loving ways her beautiful smiles and soft voice and beautiful cuddles and loving kisses along with her wit and charm are so painfully missed may your star shine bright our beautiful Angel xxxxxxx
