In loving memory of the late Mark Christopher Poe who sadly passed away on 28th November 2014. The family will proceed from the service at St. Saviour's, to a private cremation. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Claire House Appeal.
Mark was my world! He was my husband, soul mate, best friend, my rock and an incredible dad to our 3 beautiful boys - Josh, Andrew & Jack. Mark would be so proud at how brave and strong the boys have been during this awful time and I am so proud of our boys too!
We are heartbroken that Mark has been taken from us but we are very grateful for all the love and support we have been shown and received since Mark sadly passed away.
On behalf of myself and the boys we thank you all and hope to see you at the funeral followed by a Celebration of Marks Life at Birkenhead Park Rugby Club.
