Suddenly but peacefully at home on February 13th aged 75 years, Derek. The dearly loved husband of Jean (nee Oliver). A much loved dad of Kenneth, Lorraine and Gary. A devoted grandad of Keith and Ryan. A loved father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many. Friends please meet on Wednesday February 28th for service in the Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 1.00pm. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to the church hall for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to the British Heart Foundation. A collection box will be provided at the church.
