I grew up going to your house every week with my mummy Saturday shopping and Thursday fish and chips! I will never forget the small things . I thought that we would be doing the same routine forever . Untill mum went and you became ill . :-(
I will always hold memories of you and my mum that's one thing that will have forever .
The day you died you must of knew and me and Daniel were on our way because you waited for us to be with you til you closed your eyes . I feel truly blessed to have spent such a special moment with you . With my Aunty and family by my side . I love you nanny and I know your with mum now.I trust you two to give me the signs I need to make it through life . Not a day goes past where your not in my thoughts . Miss you .

Our thoughts are with you at this sad time and we will all miss pam. Pam was very lucky to have her family care for her and be with her to the end. Hopefully you have comfort to knowing that she is at peace and with her late husband and daughter. R.i.p pam xx
