Thank you for visiting this page in loving memory of Patricia (Pat) Baylis née Richardson, who sadly passed away on 31st January 2018.

Please add a photo or leave a message/memory.

As you may know Pat (Mum) was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2012 and instead of flowers, should you wish, we would welcome donations to the Alzheimers Society who have played a big part in our journey. We would also like to see a cure for this dreadful disease that affects so many.

Mum grew up in Dockhead SE1 and moved into Vine St buildings when she married Jimmy Baylis. Her Son Mark was born during this time before moving onto the Silwood Estate, Rotherhithe in 1961.
Her Daughter Julie was born (Me) a couple of years later and the family stayed living there for the next 9 years before crossing to the other side of Southwark Park.
After another 6 years on the Abbeyfield Estate we moved out to Orpington, where Mum stayed for the rest of her life.

Despite moving over 35 years ago she always called herself a Bermondsey Girl.
