My Dad (Wal) and I were both shocked and saddened to here of Norman’s passing. Sorry but we only just found out. What a lovely bloke he was! A genuinely impressive all round sportsman, he so kindly spent hours helping me improve my table-tennis, tennis and even badminton. I learnt so much from his passion and knowledge for sports. You only realise how fantastic some people from your childhood years were when you look back later and I feel really sorry that I’ll never get the chance to tell him how much I appreciate his kindness. I know he was immensely proud of his family. I’m so sorry for your loss. Deepest condolences to you all. Thanks Norman!
