John Ross (7 Apr 1968 - 3 Jan 2018)

I knew John through work since May 2010.
I can't think of other men I have known upon who's face a genuine smile could alight so easily. His instinctive generosity of spirit will be sorely missed.

John was such a warm, generous, sensitive, caring man. The world was a better place with him in it, and it remains enhanced for us because we have all known and loved him.
We all get tipped underwater at times: we get more or less severely dunked by life and by our own human frailty. Those of us who are able to float to the surface can only imagine what it is like for those who temporarily lose all their buoyancy.
We all have good memories of you, John, and we will hold you in our hearts, as you held us in yours.

I shared some really good memories with John. Taking him to his first Rammstein gig, his smelly microwaved eggs at lunchtimes, the banter we had due to his immense love for Apple products, and his use of strong language like "Gosh darn it!" and my favorite "Pickle pants!"

I worked with John for a number of years and was shocked and saddened at his passing in the new year. I can only echo what everybody else who knew him has to say; the world has lost one of the 'good guys' - a kind, patient and above all immensely likeable man.

So sad to hear of your loss remembering the lad who always had a smile on his face. Rest in peace John xxx

Remembering happy memories of John from my childhood, playing in the back garden with Andrea and he would always organise a sporty game and keep us entertained. Sending love to the entire family at this difficult time, please hold on to all the lovely memories you have. God bless John xx
